Tip 10: Do they have an after sales service and what does it include? |

Most
companies in the UK are quite happy just to take your order and run,
the level of after sales usually revolves around sales of granite care
products. The main reason for this is that they do not seal the
worktops. The majority of companies buy in pre cut lengths and as such
are afraid to seal the tops as they may not match after the process is
complete. |
All
our worktops are sealed prior to leaving the factory so our customers
are not burdened with that chore nor the responsibility of doing it
right. We can of course sell granite care products should a customer
request it but mainly our after sales is built up by additional orders
such as fireplace hearths, vanitry tops for bathrooms and small slabs
for BBQ's and steps. |
