Unfortunately these days many companies state that they manufacture but sadly they don't. Many are merely middle men who take your order and pass it on to another company to manufacture and install. Although on the face of it this seems fine but what happens when things go wrong? Lots of customers have approached us with stories of various companies who promise the sun the moon and the stars until a problem appears. Then the famous finger pointing exercises come into play and you as the customer are left in the middle until the issue gets finally resolved. This can be many months in some cases.

Over the last few years there has been a spate of eastern European companies venturing into our market. Many of these such companies offer extremely competitive pricing but fall way short of the mark with regards to quality and final finish. It has been reported on a few web sites that these companies operate from a distance using templaters and installation teams who live in bed and breakfasts up and down the country. Whilst this may seem to be a great money saving idea do you really want to place your order worth a couple of thousand pounds with a company like this?

All of our manufacturing is completed in the UK by trained skilled stone masons (many of them 2nd & 3rd generation). We service all of England and Wales and the lower half of Scotland from four factories. Each factory is open to viewing (by appointment only) so you can see the measure of our Guild.
